The room at Hotel Arrizul Beach was absolutely amazing! The 43-inch flat screen TV had all my favorite satellite channels, and the free high-speed WiFi made it easy for me to catch up on my Netflix shows. The bed was super comfy with cotton sheets, and I loved how I could control the air conditioning and heating with the individual thermostat. Plus, the shower was fantastic with fluffy bathrobes and exclusive toiletries. It felt like a cozy home away from home.

Honestly, the only thing I didn't love was the minibar. It's just not my thing, but I can see why others might enjoy it.

Excellent location right next to old city and beaches. Parking just across the road but quite expensive. Rooms clean and tidy. Good Wi-Fi access. Friendly staff.

Noisy room. People coming and going from any rooms could be heard really loudly in the room. Rooms quite basic & despite us having a non-smoking room we could smell cigarette smoke in our room which seemed to be coming from nearby rooms.

Very central, near Old city center ( 5 minutes walk) and just next to beach

Really enjoyed that it was 10 minutes' walk from the train station. The staff were excellent and really helpful, thanks to them everything was nice.

The staff were beyond amazing, super friendly and helpful. They gave great advice on where to eat, local buses and must-see attractions. The hotel's location is mind-blowing, just a stone's throw away from the enchanting old town. The room was squeaky clean and tidy, with a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable twin beds. The check-in code was a brilliant time saver, no more waiting in long queues at reception. The hotel's underground parking opposite was a jaw-dropping convenience for quick visits. The room may have been small, but it had everything you need, and the complimentary mini-bar was a lovely touch. The fabulous hotel and ideal location offered tea/coffee/orange juice in the basement each morning. We could even enjoy a homemade breakfast using the fridge in our room, but if not, there are countless restaurants nearby. Walking to all the attractions was super convenient. Just a small tip, remember to check the correct bus platform names for the airport. a perfect trip filled with amazing food, wine, and sunshine. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

The hotel is in a great location, across the road from the beach. the rooms are spacious (but some colour or pictures would make it feel more welcome). Very clean, 24 hour reception. Very safe. It is also easy to find, and not a big hotel, so very personable, with lovely staff.

For the price of the room, it would be nice to have tea, and coffee in the room, I was told it isn't normal in europe, however in other hotels i stayed in, for less price, there was tea and coffee in the room...and although the rooms a very comfortable, white walls look a bit bare, and need some interest, specially if don't have a room with a view.

I thoroughly enjoyed it so would definitely go again. The restaurant was small and the staff were service-minded.

As a guest at Hotel Arrizul, I stayed for a few days and it was the perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just steps away from Old Town and Zurriola beach, and a short walk to Playa de la Concha. The neighborhood felt safe and there were plenty of cafes and bars nearby. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit. I especially enjoyed breakfast at Fusion Cafe and dinner at Desy's bar across the street. The check-in code system was convenient and saved me time. The room, though small, was clean and had everything I needed, and the complimentary mini-bar was a delightful touch. a fantastic experience.

We loved this hotel. It wasn't fancy at all and accomodations were basic, but it was clean and every member of the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the street above a cafe. We thought it would be noisy, but closing the windows blocked out all noise. The hotel is really well located -- right across from the Zurriola beach and a very easy walk to the Parte Viejo. We also really enjoyed the Gros neighborhood where this hotel was located.

they gave me spotless and fantastic room with modern amenities and books. i came here for 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay.

Noise at night from bar below, tiny shower cubicle, lack of mirror in main room, & lack of room when accessing wardrobe.

Breakfast is limited and not very good value, particularly as there are very good coffee shops nearby.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions in the area. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the hotel offered free bottled water, which was a nice touch.

The WiFi was quite weak and unreliable, making it difficult to use for basic tasks like checking emails. the walls in the hotel were quite thin, leading to some noise disturbances during the night.

Modern design, very comfortable bed, free wifi and free bottled water, very convenient parking (pay).

The sheets had a smell of cigarettes, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, heating was centrally controlled.
